Children's Ministry

Director of Children's Ministry: Vicki Mackey

Here at Grace United Methodist the children are a vital part of our church. Not only are the children and their spiritual growth our main priority, but also guiding families in laying down their spiritual foundation. We are excited about the changes we have going on in the Children's Ministries. We have created an environment where children will see the word of God come alive through unique worship experiences. We offer an exciting experience that is fun, but most importantly full of scripture and truth that is relevant in the life of your family today.

Grace KIDZ Sundays

We do please ask that you check your child in PRIOR to worship to ensure safety for your child. If you would like to sign-up to volunteer, information is located above.

Takes place after the praise set at the 9:00AM LifeJourney Contemporary Worship Service in TFEC. Families will worship together, then the children will be dismissed to Sunday school around 9:15-9:20 in TFEC room 108 for bible story time.

After Children's Church, the KIDZ head upstairs for Sunday School. This fall on Sundays, we will be starting a new Deep Blue series, Learn and Serve! Deep Blue Kids Learn & Serve teaches the kids in our church and community about God and what it means to be a follower of Jesus through   Bible stories and opportunities to serve as disciples in the classroom, the local community, and the world. Our kids will travel with Asia, Edgar, Kat, and Caleb to Guatemala, Kenya, Alaska, AND from Alaska to Armenia! Together, they will teach each other Bible stories and about what church, Sunday school, and education is like in these countries.

Will you join us in growing up the next generation for Christ? We are looking for men and women of all ages who are excited to partner with our parents and influence the spiritual journey of the kids in our community. What will you do this coming year to make a difference in the lives of kids in our community? There are many different ways to get involved. Take a look at all the opportunities below. Every moment you spend investing into the heart of a child is worth it.
